These are samples from the new korg electribe emx2 music production station not the best recording quality but some nice sounds anyway the weird naming is due to the autoslice function in renoise wich i used to separate the samples from a one shot recording.

The upload spree continues! this time i've got another sci-fi sound. The title says it all, folks. It can also be used for not only a robot malfunction sound effect, but a machine glitching sound perhaps. I made ti with a corrupt audio file. I got a part of it, and simply pitch shifted it down, and faded it out at the end.

It's a sound that i created with a patch i made in pure-data (my first patch btw). Completely random frequencies in completely random space imaging. Merge with au "fm" sound where the index modulation change randomly, the carrier tone and the modular tone also change randomly. I applied a random delay. . . . So random random!.

Lol i record my voice while playing video games now so that i can save certain things i say, you know, for real reactions to use for cartoons and stuff. A lot of my voice clips are from playing games with jumpscares, and that's where my screams and ooooooohs come from. I used to scream all the time when playing jumpscare games, but now it's turned into some weird growl thing or somethin, i dunno. So yeah, lots of clips. I was wondering how to make a glitch soynd since i was downloading a lot of that. Ended up making this beat type thing. ( needs compression). I recorded my self saying "how the f%%k do i make a glitch sound!?" i reversed the f word for censorship. Then it use the mix modulation function in caustic's modular synth to modulate it with a 909 beat & a 8bit synth sound.

Removed dc part of the sound and normalised with audacity. Sound was cut to make it loopable. Sorry for the white noise, they were too far and i just have only this budget recorder! :). Recorded in el hierro (canary islands), twilight. This is a very classic sound there in the coast when the sun falls in summer. Recorded with a zoom h4n, with its internal mic (set at 120º).

Recorded and processed at 24bit 48khz using a rode nt1-a condenser microphone. Processing: gain-staging and soft high and low frequency filtering. No eq boost or cuts anywhere else. Also de-noised.

I made this by playing a piccolino recorder and then adding reverb to it. There was a loop ready-made in garage-band that i used as a model but then changed it because i didn't want it to loop. I added flourishes so that it ends. This is the intro for an audio book i am recording but since i created the sound, i can share it. I would be happy if anyone else wanted to use it. No need to give credit etc.

A horn sound signaling danger approaching. Gradually increasing, it's basically saying, "oh crap, what is that?" originally recorded on a zoom h2, it's a sound of me humming. Of course it's been filtered, slightly stretched and had distortions of a high degree thrown in and filtered more to achieve the horn sound. Enjoy!.

10 minutes of old school tension or horror sound. An ever changing sound generated by a analog modular synth. It's a generative patch controlling the synth and the sound development. The reverb is a spring-reverb. No editing. Pick the part that fits you best. Or just listen and listen to what the synth is doing. . . I have my fav part!.

For creating this sound i used:handmade didgeridoo of pvc tubessound picked by microphone akj-xmk03effects used in post:in guitar rig 4:1. Tube compressor2. Ac box amp3. Studio reverb4. Twin delayin audacity:compressor.

The loop was created with one of reaktor 5's instruments which was modified to create 4-second loops that sounds something like techno or general electronica. The drums are all created using a subtractive synthesizer, most of them sine waves and were modified several times.

Outtakes from the second massive freesound recording. Our host for the day (henk) entertains people while making them do weird sounds. Here henk says: "kwetteren en kwinkelen doe dat thuis". Translated this means more or less: "making smalltalk, do it at home". Audio cut up and normalized.

A 70bpm beat/loop sequenced using renoise 3. 0. Samples were either created from scratch or modified after being recorded in my basement using the sampler built into renoise. The microphone used for recorded samples (of a keychain) is the one that comes along with the m-audio microtrack 24/96. Sounds good in reverse too.
